How does pricing work?

 

Pricing depends on servings, design, flavors, and the complexity of your order.

Is a deposit required?

 

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery is available depending on distance and availability.
Delivery fees vary by location.

Where is pickup located?

 

Pickup is in the Poinciana/Kissimmee area.
The exact address is provided once your order is confirmed.

🔹 4. DESIGN & CUSTOMIZATION

Can you replicate a cake from a photo?

 

We can use inspiration photos as a style reference, but every cake is handcrafted and will have our own touch and finish.

Do you offer tastings?

 

We offer a Tasting Box for pickup only.
It includes our 3 top-seller flavors (Vanilla, Chocolate, Almond).

Do you offer allergen-free cakes?

At the moment, we do not offer gluten-free, sugar-free, or dairy-free options.
All products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

What ingredients do you use?

We use fresh, quality ingredients and handcrafted fillings.

🔹 6. POLICIES (BREVE Y AMABLE)

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel, the remaining balance (if paid) may be credited toward a future order depending on the situation.

What if I am late for pickup?

Please arrive on time.
Late pickups may affect product quality, and we cannot be responsible for melted or damaged items once picked up.
